1. Delivery Area

Alice Umbrella (Pty) Ltd offers delivery throughout the Republic of South Africa.

We do not currently ship internationally.


2. Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping is free of charge within South Africa.

  • No minimum order value is required for free shipping.

Alice Umbrella (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to amend shipping fees in future, which will be clearly indicated on the website.


3. Processing Time

Orders are processed once full payment has been received.

Orders are typically dispatched within:

  • 1–2 working days (standard products)

  • 3–7 working days (custom-branded or bulk orders, depending on production requirements)

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


4. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery time for standard products:

3–5 working days from dispatch.

Delivery times for custom-branded or bulk corporate orders will be confirmed separately.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier schedules.


5. Courier Services

We use reputable third-party courier services for deliveries.

Once your order has been dispatched:

  • You may receive tracking information (where applicable).

  • Delivery will occur to the address provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details are accurate.


6. Risk & Ownership

  • Ownership of the goods passes to the customer once full payment has been received.

  • Risk in the goods transfers to the courier upon dispatch.

While we will reasonably assist with courier-related issues, Alice Umbrella (Pty) Ltd is not liable for delays or loss once the goods have been handed to the courier.


7. Delivery Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes

  • Remote delivery areas

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Force majeure events

We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of significant delays.


8. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect address provided;

  • No one available to receive the parcel;

  • Customer unreachable;

The parcel may be returned to us.

Additional redelivery charges may apply.


9. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are encouraged to:

  • Inspect their parcel upon receipt.

  • Report any visible damage within 48 hours.

Failure to report delivery damage within 48 hours may affect your claim.


10. Bulk & Corporate Orders

For bulk and custom-branded orders:

  • Production timelines will be confirmed prior to dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on order volume.

  • Delivery dates are estimates unless confirmed in writing.
