All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided as accurately as possible. Minor variations in colour, finish, or design may occur.
5. Pricing & VAT

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).

Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice.

The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.
6. Pricing Errors
In the event of a pricing error, Alice Umbrella (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to:

Cancel the order prior to dispatch;

Refund any amounts paid.
We are not obliged to honour incorrect pricing resulting from technical or human error.
7. Stock Availability
All orders are subject to stock availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after payment:

You will be notified;

A full refund will be issued within 10 business days.

9. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to:

Request additional identification;

Delay or cancel suspicious transactions;

Report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities.
All fraudulent transactions will be prosecuted.
10. Delivery

Delivery is nationwide within South Africa.

Estimated delivery time: 3–5 working days.

Delivery is free of charge.

Risk passes to the courier upon dispatch.

Ownership transfers to the customer upon full payment.
Delays caused by courier services are outside our direct control, but we will reasonably assist in resolving issues.
11. Returns & Refunds
11.1 No Returns for Change of Mind
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
11.2 Defective Products (CPA Compliance)
In terms of Section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act, customers are entitled to a 6-month implied warranty for defective goods.
If a product is defective:

You must notify us within a reasonable time;

The product must be unused and in original packaging;

We will arrange return shipping at our cost;

Upon inspection, we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.
12. Custom-Branded Orders
All custom-branded and corporate bulk orders:

Require written approval of artwork before production;
-
May not be cancelled once production has commenced;
-
Are non-refundable unless defective.
Customers warrant that they have the legal right to use any logos, trademarks, or artwork submitted.
Alice Umbrella (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any intellectual property infringement resulting from artwork supplied by the customer.
13. Intellectual Property
All website content including:

Logos
-
Images
-
Designs
-
Product descriptions
-
Branding
Remain the intellectual property of Alice Umbrella (Pty) Ltd.
No content may be reproduced without written permission.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Alice Umbrella (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages;

Loss of profits;

Business interruption;

Misuse of products.
Umbrellas are weather-protection products and must be used responsibly. Damage caused by extreme weather conditions is not considered a defect.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website.
